According to research of World Health Organization (WHO), 466 million people are affected by some kind of hearing disorder worldwide. In percentage terms it sums of almost 6.1 percent of total world population.
The biggest irony is the rate of turnup! A large population affected with initial symptoms of hearing disorders usually don’t go for hearing evaluation and medical consultation. Eventually such cases turn in to the category of deaf making the treatment difficult or impossible.
In order to spread the awareness about hearing loss and disorders, WHO celebrates “world hearing day” on the 3rd March every year. As one of the most pioneer and reputed hearing centers of Poorvanchal area SPANDAN is committed to support the lives of people suffering from hearing loss.
In line with WHO, SPANDAN Prayagraj is organizing a full week completely free program (March 3 – 9) on education and counselling of hearing problems.
During these dates anyone can visit our center to discuss their hearing conditions. Not only this a free counselling session and if required a free hearing aids trial will also be conducted.
We invite everyone to be a part of this value-added program and be a support with this community service.
If someone finds difficult to visit our center physically, please feel free to write us or call us on 9838212386
